1. WHAT YOU ARE BUYING
You receive a non-exclusive license to the files delivered with your purchased Essentials or Studio download. You do not acquire ownership of the original artwork. The same usage rights apply to both plans; Studio adds editable formats. The buyer is one individual or one legal entity identified by the purchase.
2. ONE COMMERCIAL END PRODUCT
You may use and modify the assets in one personal or commercial end product. An end product may be one app, website, publication, course, or client project. Its web and mobile versions, associated marketing, documentation, language versions and ongoing revisions count as the same end product. An unrelated app, publication, course or client project requires another license. A series of independent products does not become one product by sharing a brand name. You may sell or charge for access to your end product. No attribution is required. There is no cap on users, downloads or sales of that licensed end product.
3. TEAMS AND CLIENT WORK
Employees and contractors may access the files only as needed to create the licensed end product for the buyer. They may not reuse the files independently. For client work, you may transfer this license and the necessary files once to that client with the completed end product, provided the client accepts these terms. After transfer, you may retain an archival copy but may not reuse the assets in another end product under that license. The client becomes the licensee.
4. PERMITTED DELIVERY
You may embed rendered assets in the licensed app, website, book, PDF, course or other end product. The end product must have substantive content or functionality beyond providing the assets. Use reasonable measures to prevent extraction as a standalone library. Normal delivery of images needed to display a website or app is permitted; this is not a requirement to make extraction technically impossible.
5. RESTRICTIONS
Do not resell, sublicense, publicly share or redistribute the source files, editable Figma library, original downloads, or modified equivalents as assets. Do not include them in stock libraries, downloadable asset packs, editable resale templates, builders that let users export the artwork, or competing libraries. Do not share the Figma access link with people outside the licensed project team. Do not claim exclusive ownership of the original artwork or register it as your trademark. Modifications remain subject to this license.
6. INCLUDED VERSION AND SUPPORT
The purchase covers the delivered version and the formats listed for the plan. No subscription is required to keep using that version under this license. Future updates, custom work, hosted editor access and framework packages are not included or promised. Support covers accessing the purchased files and reporting file defects; it does not include custom design or integration services. Any separately identified third-party material remains under its own terms.
7. ILLUSTRATIVE ARTWORK
These are simplified fitness illustrations, not medically validated anatomy, medical advice or a medical device. Review their suitability for your project. Except for express product promises and rights required by law, the files are provided without a promise that they will meet every particular use case. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. REFUNDS AND LICENSE ENDING
Refund eligibility is described in the refund policy presented at purchase. If the entire purchase is refunded, stop new use and remove the licensed assets from products you control, except where mandatory law requires otherwise. For a material license breach, the supplier may terminate the license after written notice and a reasonable opportunity to correct a correctable breach. Mandatory legal rights and remedies are unaffected by these terms.
9. CHECKOUT TERMS
Payment, billing and applicable transaction terms are presented by the checkout provider. This license governs use of the artwork; it does not replace mandatory consumer protections or the checkout provider's applicable buyer terms.
